Our Continuing Education workshops and groups provide a unique opportunity to develop more self-compassion in the face of your professional stressors, and to talk honestly with peers about your challenges and growing edges. Reflective Meditation is a reliable method for integrating complex ethical considerations and also provides in-depth self-care.

Trainings include didactic material about psychotherapy and Buddhist psychology, Reflective Meditation, individual and group reflection, and group discussion. Learning is experiential and done within small groups.

These workshops are appropriate for Mental Health Professionals who are interested in integrating meditation and mindfulness into their therapeutic orientation. Those who are new to meditation as well as more experienced meditators are welcome.

Our workshops are designed to meet the CE requirements for licensed mental health professionals, and are accredited by NBCC (National Board of Certified Counselors).

"I attended a really fabulous workshop last week, hosted by Pine Street Sangha. They're a group of psychotherapists practicing from a Buddhist perspective, with the integrity and curiosity of Reflective Meditation as the backbone for nourishing discussions of ethical principles and tending our inner landscapes. It was really a lovely day—with warm, vulnerable faces smiling back."
